Purchasing artwork does not transfer copyright. You are purchasing the physical item only, unless otherwise stated.

3. Commissions

If you request a custom artwork:

  • A non-refundable deposit may be required to begin work.

  • Estimated completion times are provided as guidance and may vary due to the artistic process.

  • The artist retains the right to refuse commission requests.

Once a commission is completed and approved, no major revisions may be requested without additional charges.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in pounds and may be updated at any time without notice. Payment must be completed before orders are shipped or digital licenses delivered.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Original artwork and prints are packaged with care.

  • Delivery times vary by location.

  • The artist is not responsible for delays caused by postal or courier services.

  • Any import duties or customs fees are the responsibility of the buyer.

6. Returns & Refunds

Because artworks are unique, all sales are final. Returns are only accepted if the artwork arrives damaged. In such a case, the buyer must:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery

  2. Provide clear photographs of the damage

  3. Keep original packaging

We will determine whether a replacement, repair, or refund is appropriate.

7. Digital Downloads & Licensing

Digital files provided (e.g., wallpapers, prints, design assets) are licensed for personal use only, unless stated otherwise. You may not resell, modify for resale, or use in commercial projects without written permission.

8. Privacy

Any personal information submitted (such as email or shipping address) will be used only for communication and order delivery, and will never be sold or shared.

Returns & refund policy

1. Overview

Each piece of artwork by Ana Young is created, printed, and packaged with care. Because all artworks are unique or made to order, all sales are final unless the item arrives damaged. This policy explains when and how refunds or replacements may be issued.

2. Original Artworks & Prints

All sales of original paintings, custom commissions, and limited-edition prints are considered final once payment has been received. We do not accept returns or exchanges due to:

  • Change of mind

  • Personal preference (color, size, fit, etc.)

  • Delays caused by postal or courier services

However, exceptions are made for damaged or defective deliveries (see below).

3. Damaged Items

If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at Anayoungart@mail.com with:

  1. Your full name and order number

  2. Clear photos of the item and packaging

  3. A brief description of the issue

Once verified, we will:

  • Offer a replacement (if available), or

  • Issue a partial or full refund, depending on the situation

You may be asked to return the damaged item before a refund is processed. Return shipping costs for damaged items will be covered by the artist.

4. Commissions

Custom or commissioned artworks are non-refundable, as they are created specifically for you. A non-refundable deposit is often required to begin work. If there is a mistake or miscommunication on the artist’s part, we will work to resolve the issue fairly.

5. Shipping & Returns

  • Buyers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address.

  • We are not responsible for items lost due to incorrect address entry.

  • For returns (when approved), items must be sent in their original packaging and protected to avoid further damage.

6. Processing Time for Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days using the same payment method used for the purchase. You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been issued.
