I am a self-taught artist based between Málaga and Manchester. Alongside a career in the corporate world, painting had always been my creative refuge.

It was only after relocating—when I found myself missing the long, sun-drenched summers of southern Spain—that painting evolved from a pastime into a true calling. I began to recreate those luminous days by the sea or the pool, often spent in the company of family and friends. A deep desire to preserve those precious moments led me to capture them through photos and videos, which soon became the foundation of my artistic inspiration.

My work features bold, vibrant colour palettes with a strong emphasis on evoking emotion in the viewer. I am fascinated by the way sunlight dances through water, forming endless shimmering ribbons, bubbles, reflection and distortions that transform the ordinary into the poetic. Capturing the effect of light on water—its ethereal, ever-shifting nature—and the ways people move, play, and connect within it, draws me in. To me, water is an element that embodies calm, freedom, and joy; a medium serving as both subject and source of inspiration.
